Your Order Cancellation Rights

You cannot cancel an order once placed. However, if there is any product that is by mistake ordered twice in the cart please drop a mail to us on customercare@loeebobvn.com we will check if it is not shipped or ready to dispatch. we will consider your request and check if your request fulfil the above criteria.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning/Exchanging Goods

Skincare items on all over e-commerce platforms are sold as non-returnable items, we also don’t take product returns due to their nature.

You cannot make a return request due to the nature of the product

However, if by any chance you received a damaged product which means that the product is Broken and not in a condition to use please send us the photos of the same on the same day you received delivery immediately customercare@loeebobvn.com.  we will check with our delivery partner and if your claims found to be genuine your product will be replaced with a new one.
