What is scrub or physical exfoliation?

Exfoliating is the process of removing dead skin cells from the surface of your skin using a scrub which has small particles which help to rub against the skin, Our skin keeps generating new cells regularly but this process slows down as we age so we need an external application to help to remove dead skin cells so that new skin cells could develop.


What has changed in old scrub and modern scrub?

while old scrubs were totally based on bleach and small particles from walnut, Apricot. New age scrub is more advance in terms of Ingredients used and targets a specific purpose.
